Celebration is celebrating 25 years of snow.

November 22, 2023

Beginning on Saturday, November 25th and continuing until December 31st is the Town of Celebration's annual Now Snowing event. This will mark the 25th year of this event in downtown Celebration, Florida.

This event is free to everyone and has parking for free as well. The Now Snowing event features ice skating, horse-drawn carriage rides, train rides, visits with Santa and more.  Be sure to bring the whole family out as this is sure to be a fun-filled time for kids of all ages.

On Saturday, November 25th the first Celebration Tree Lighting event starts at 5:00pm and features live music, strolling carolers and a grand entrance by Santa Claus himself. Every night after the 25th, the tree lighting takes place at 5.30pm.

The snow falls at 6:00 pm , 7:00 pm, 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm every night during the event. The snowfall is dependent on the weather, however. Snow can’t operate after heavy rain or if temperatures fall below 34F. The snow actually called Snoap. But it’s really not soap, it’s a non-toxic, biodegradable product just like they use in the movies.
