Poinciana celebrates halloween this Thursday. Its that wonderful time of year again. Most have been preparing for that las month. Time to step out with the kids and check out what the neighbors have been up too. So many creepy and whimsicle decorations have been popping up around town. Poinciana has always stepped it up on Halloween. Pretty much every street in town will have houses to trick or treat at. Many are starting early this year, as it is a school night.
