Standoff in Village 1

Standoff in Village 1 involving multible sheriff and road closings ends peacefully. Around 4:30pm the situation started leading many Osceola County Sheriff to the area of Deauville Ct in Poinciana. Following that event, multible roads were closed off, including Marigold, Deauville, and San Remo. Some neighbors report allegedly hearing gun fire and say a standoff occured.  Unconfirmed reports speak of an aggravated assualt lead the suspect back home which may have started the situation. Local residents were not able to access their homes during the time. The SWAT team was on-site to assist. EMS were staged a block away ready to assist as well. At approx 10:05pm entry was made. One suspect was apprended. Following that, an intensive search was preformed in and around the house. Events wrapped up around 11pm. At this time, we are waiting on word from the Osceola County Sheriff for an update on the matter.
